GENERAL INFORMATION

Normal payment for prints or stock images is done via Paypal. Prices are listed in Euros as I am based in Europe (Norway).

Coupon Codes

For certain offers I will post different discount codes. None of these codes will be posted on the website, but will be posted either in the blog under a post describing the offer, or on different sosial media as part of special discount offers specific to that platform. Any order made without code will not get refund after order is proccessed.

Trusted Clients

This is an offer for corporate clients that use my services on a regular basis. For more information on this offer please email me. Trusted Clients will not use the normal store facilty, but payment will done by separate invoice.

Client Area/Images

For customers who have ordered images through me as Client Images have been sent an email with link and login details. If any questions regard your login or link, please email email me.

Print

Currently only the Standard Edition series is available.

Standard Edition

All standard edition prints are made through Loxley Colour lab in Scotland UK. Prints are either offered as standard prints or gíclée prints.

Regular prints are made on Fuji Professional DPII in either Gloss or Luster finish. Giclée prints are made on archival Hahnemühle paper in finishes; Bamboo (warm-toned and smooth), Fine Art Pearl (bright white and pearly), Torchon (bright white, rough texture), and William Turner (matte watercolor).

Loxley Colour will ship images with the following methods:

When a client purchases a print/product to be fulfilled by Loxley, he or she will be able to choose from the following options, depending on location:

  • Royal Mail First Class

    • Ships to all EU countries
    • Small prints only (12×16 or smaller)

  • Royal Mail Airmail

    • Ships worldwide (excluding UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man)
    • Small prints only (12×16 or smaller)

  • Royal Mail Airmail Tracked

    • Ships worldwide (excluding all EU countries)
    • Small prints only (12×16 or smaller)
  • DPD Courier Small

    • Ships to UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
    • Small prints only (12×16 or smaller)

  • DPD Courier

    • Ships to all EU countries (excluding Southern Ireland) and Norway, Bosnia, Serbia, Iceland, Switzerland
  • DPD Pre 12 am

    • Ships to UK
  • UPS Tracked

    • Ships to USA, Canada, PR, Mexico and shipping zones 8 – 10

Shipping rates are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, as well as the destination of the shipment.

 

Stock images

Stock images is either lisenced as Royalty Free or Rights Managed. The images is not sharpened as I leave this up to the customer to make, as the output differs in use. At Studio Toffa Photography I offer no subscription options as default. For a subscription-style offer please contact me

For images found in the gallery section that is not featured under Print or Stock image section, is generally not available as stock images.

1. Can I use your images for free?
Images tht are posted on facebook can be used for free as long as the watermark is not removed, or otherwise the image is posted with a creditline. Correct creditline to use is: © Studio Toffa Photography. All Rights Reserved. Artist depicted in my photographs are also free to use those images as stated earlier on their facebookpage/sosial media pages/homepage.

2. I like you images, can I book you for an event or my wedding?
Both yes and no. For events relating to music I am available, but not for weddings.

3. Can I buy a digital file from you and print it my self?
Both yes and no. You can licence any image available as royalty free stock images for personal use, and make your own print for personal use. You can’t licence an image from me, and resell the image your self as prints. If you’re interested in reselling my images as prints, contact me either through email: post@studio-toffa.com or through my contact page.

4. Can I order prints or stock images directly from you via email?
Both yes and no. For normal prints that is available in the Unlimited Edition series the answer is no. Since I don’t do those prints my self, but the prints is made by print lab, there is to much extra work  and prolonged shipping time included for you to order any prints directly from me via email.
For Limited Edition prints, these are in general ordered directly from me through email, even though you are using the e-store facilities at the website. So to make the order easier for both parties, it’s best to use the e-store even here. If there should be any request you have that is not covered in the e-store, please email me for futher information and help.
For stock images only use email if you don’t find a licence option that fits your needs.

5.Can you review my/our product/service?
It all depend on the service or product. As long as the product or service you want reviewed is usefull for my photography. For endorsements, I will only accept products that works for what I do.

6. Can I use your fine art images as stock?
Yes. For those who wish to use my Standard Edition prints as stock images will find them in the Rights Managed gallery.
For use of Limited Edition prints, the answer is no. These are not images that is ment to be mass prodused or distributed.

7. Is there a discount for ordering a large batch of prints or images?
For private ordering there is no default image package. For corporate orders, there is a discount for batches larger then 10 prints/Rights Managed images
pr. Order. For trusted clients there will also be a discount that is offered per individual client. The same goes for artist ordering prints/stock versions of the images depicting the specific artist.
There is also image packages that is offered that is tied to specific images/series. Then ordering the entire series will yield a discount. These package will be listed under Series/Packages in the store section.

8. Is there any option to get exclusive rights to your images?
This depend on the image you want exclusive rights to. For inquries, please email me ( post@studio-toffa.com ) with more details. To buy the copyright, the answer is no, I would only agree on usage rights.

9. Do you do TFP?
Yes. For unsigned bands that need bandimages, I have a special deal. For futher details contact me either by email: post@studio-toffa.com or through the contactpage.

10. Do you provide a subscription service?
By default no. The archive is operated for sale on an image by image sale. For trusted clients, there is an option for subscription type service.

11. What is a Trusted Client?
A trusted client is clients who have a well established business-relationship with Studio Toffa Photography. This is an offer for corporate clients that use my services on a regular basis.
